13:30 – 14:30 Staff meeting in the hall 1009
15:00 Presentation of the school in hall 501
Photography in the main hall
Guided tour of the school

17:00 Opening ceremony in the aula
After the opening ceremony students meet their families

Second day – 23rd of January

8:30 – 12:30 Competition in the aula
9:00 Staff activity
Visiting the biological museum and a guided tour in Västerås
12:30 Lunch in the student dining room (it is possible to eat earlier)
13:45 Leisure activity for the students
All students gather at 13:45 at the stairs of the hall at school
18:00 Dinner in the aula for staff, students and host families

Third day – 24th of January

9:00 Closing ceremony in the aula / in the hall 401
10:00 – 11:30 Staff meeting in the conference room
11:30 Lunch in the student dining room
